Even if I take the simplest "hello world" application. COmpile it to x64 and click "start" within the VisualStudio I get the following message:
Error while trying to run project. Unable to start program "...\bin\x64\Debug\program.exe". The connection with the remote endpoint was terminated.

I am not doing any remote debugging and the remote checkbox in my project property is turned off.
