I have an app in the store listed as only for those with a promo code (for testing). I have installed ..and all is fine, I have the full version. How can I Unregister it?

To make your app public, you can create a new submission and change the Distribution and visibility option to Make this app available in the Store.

Usually, promotional codes expire 6 months after the date you order them (unless you choose an earlier expiration date).

Generally, you're not able to unregister the promo code yourself, since there's no such a option in Dev Center currently. But you can try contacting Dev Center support through your developer account if you need to do it.
