I am creating a sketchflow prototype (my first ever so its a steep learning curve) and it has become apparant quite quickly that the ribbon would be the best menu option.

Is there a sketch version of the ribbon control and if not can I put the standard ribbon control into a sketch prototype ?

There isn't a sketch version of the ribbon control provided. You can put the regular version (or any control) into the prototype the same way you would in a regular project.
