I have deployed an application using "MS VS Installer Projects" and it everything was working. The problem is that now I would like to add a structure of folders and subfolders to copy to the installation directory of the application and I can't find a way to do it quickly. It looks like I have to create each folder and subfolder manually, then I have to populate each one with the files. Instead I would like to select the main folder and include all the subfolders automatically, because they are hundreds. How can I do that?

Have you tried to Right click on your setup project root in Solution Explorer and choose "View -> File System" and add the folders there?

Click on (select) "Application Folder" in the window which opened.

If you look in the "Properties Pane" in Visual Studio there is an entry called "DefaultLocation". Change this to point it somewhere besides "Program Files".
