   I have tried to setup a build agent with the required dependencies using a configuration management tool (Ansible). Now, the software has installed everything that is required and when I run config.cmd within the Agent it picks up all the capabilities as required. However, when the build is requested, VSTS complains "Not agents could be found with the following capabilities DotNetFramework, Msbuild, Vstest". However, when I look at the capabilities page for the agent in question, everything that is required is clearly indicated. Happy to provide images.
