Is the Live SDK just for Windows 8?  I want to write software in C# that can access Skydrive and run on other versions of Windows (XP, 7, 8, 2003, 2008 etc).  I found SkyDrive API Client on Codeplex but that no longer seems to work.  Essentially I just want to log on, get folder listings, upload/download, delete and rename files etc.  What is the recommended way to do this?
