I am new on MVC 5 Web Application I am currently trying to learn about the authentication and authorization is there any good reference or book that can describe the full structure of the authentication and how to deal with everything ??

For Example in the registration Process I can only add Email and password, I just want to add name and phone number and location in the registration form.
