Hello , 

I use visual studio 2017 community edition . I am trying to use odp.net connection . So , I installed oracle developer tools for vs 2017 and also ODTwithODAC122010 installed . 

when I click to "Add > New item > Data > ADO.NET entity model" , I get below error . There is no odp.net.
