据我所知B.Sc.I.T.将是一个比其他2个选项更好的选择。

但是选择将永远是你的！

-no pre-test
-vast portion so need to mug up answers
-Yearly paterns which puts pressure during exams

-semister pattern to less to study for exams
-More Practicals than Theoritical

So according to me B.Sc.I.T. will be a good option than other 2 options.
But choise will be always yours!!!
