I renamed the XAML files from screen_01 etc to something appropriate. e.g. Login.xaml ... This seemed to break the map and navigation. How can I add those screens back to the map and restore the navigation?

Can you tell use how you renamed them? Inside Blend or in Windows Explorer, or someplace else? It shouldn't be possible inside Blend to break things in this way, so if it is, we would love to know how so we can fix the problem.

To get things back to working, first, back up your project in its current state, that way you can at least get back to your current state.

All of the information in the SketchFlow Map is stored in the Sketch.Flow file. Open that file in a text editor and update the FileName xml tags to match your renamed files. If you also changed the class names you should update those as well.
