Hi Michael. 

I'm afraid that large icons are no longer supported in the Dev10 UI. The other two checkbox options on the Tools/Customize dialog are turned on all the time by the UI. I did ask, and the large icon support is just not there, so it's not a case of something being missed or something you could turn on with a registry tweak.

Please create a Connect Bug - Help menu, "Report a bug" if you need this feature. Please take some time to elaborate on why you need this feature as it's very late in the game for UI changes. If you have usability/accessibility problems with the small icons, please put that info in the bug.

If you'll reply to this thread with the connect bug id, I'll make sure that the bug gets triaged ASAP.
