I am making a application software of exam hall ticket or admit card for my engineering college. I want to print every students admit card at once no need to change there roll no. everything is in database i can print one by one but i want to print all with the changes of only roll no, name and there photos automatically.

Since all information is in the database why not try a report writer tool. If you are using SQL Server then you can use SQL Server Reporting Service, or Crystal Reports, or Jasper Reports. There are nice articles on this very site, of which I am specifying a few.
