So, i coded my Application with VIBlend for Win Forms.

After finishing, i send to a friend of my, to he test it.

But it doesnt open,

I don''t know much about VIBlend, but if it works on your pc, and not on somebody else''s pc, that in general there can be following issues (assuming windows on both sides):
1) not the same windows version, edition or patches
2) not the same framework version or patches
3) not the same user rights
4) configuration mismatch
5) you have not deployed all dependencies (all needed files, like assamblies you have referenced)

First of all, I suggest your fried should check for framework related entries in the windows event logs. But you should also check the documentation of viblend for deployment related topics.
