Thank you for posting here.

There is no such feature to filter other's pull request, you need to filter these pull request in "All" pull requests manually. As MS said in this link:

Currently, there are some canned filter options, and coming soon we will be providing richer options to filter PRs by author and reviewer.

So I think this feature will be added to the feature version of TFS too. And you could submit your uservoice to the following link, TFS Product Team is listening to your voice there:
