I need to integrate Soap UI with TFS, same results of Soap UI success or unsuccessful test cases in TFS. Currently using TFS 2013 and we are upgrading to TFS 2015 Update 2. So kindly tell me how to do it with powershell, then how should be the programming.

And what steps i need to prepare for it.

Thank you for posting here.

There is no feature about TFS integrated with SOAP UI. Someone has submitted a uservoice about this issue, you could vote for and comment on it, TFS Product Team is listening to your voice there:

Also you can call your test using a bat file, add this bat file to your source control so that it is carried across with the build. Then Add an invoke process to your build template and then call out to the Soap UI test runner. For more information, you could refer to the following blog:
