No matter what you do, you should better get a pretty good idea on development in each of them, to be able to make a decision. And you did not even mention if it is supposed to be a network game or not; and you did not tell us what platform(s) do you want to target (if you think there is only one, think again). So, I don''t want even to list different types of UI; you can easily find out what''s available in any .NET/CLR overview.
