I may be missing something obvious but am having some audio problems when live encoding.

Video source is selected as is audio input source, both record properly. I then cue in a static JPG as a slide and lose the audio.. Is this something that's easily overcome? I'd like to experiment with live encoding a presentation and feeding in JPGs of the presentation slides.

This is actually "by design". When you switch to the slide, the audio stream from the slide is chosen (which is obviously mute since its just a picture). We currently have no way of selecting a different audio source when using a file source (like a picture). We are looking at ways to support this right now.
