面对SharePoint网站中某个特定用户的问题，登陆编辑用户设置显示3个选项

Facing issue with one specific user in SharePoint site its landing on edit-user settings showing 3 options

假设其语言更新问题用户个人资料我的网站已更新，但我可以在用户个人资料服务应用程序下看到2个用户个人资料 

assumed its language update issue with user profile my site updated but I am able to see the 2 user profiles under the user profile service application

Hi Srinivas,

尝试导航到管理中心 - >用户个人资料服务应用程序 - >管理用户个人资料 - >编辑相关的用户个人资料。

Try to navigate to Central Administration-> User Profile Service Application->Manage user profile->edit the relevant user profile.

选择"始终使用我的个人设置"并在"选择您的设置"部分下选择适当的区域设置，并勾选"用户语言和区域设置"。检查错误是否已解决，如果是，您可以重置刚刚更改的原始选项。

Select "Always use my personal settings" and select the appropriate locale under "Choose your settings" section, and tick "User language and regional settings". Check if the error has been resolved, if so, you can reset the original options you just changed.

如果问题存在，请尝试将用户添加到网站集管理员，请他登录该站点，然后从网站集管理员中删除该用户帐户。

If the issue exists, try to add the user to site collection administrators, ask him to log into the site and then removed the user account from site collection administrators.
