Hi Bairu Sarat.

The Information Management Policies are available out of the box in SharePoint 2013 and allow you to add barcodes or labels to documents: read here and here to know more about that.
As far as I know, there is no out of the box way to apply watermark to documents: you have to either write custom code or use a third-party tool.
