My requirement is that sql server table has data. User is using Access Form to insert data into that table using linked table. After data is entered into table using access form, requirement is to provide a button to export table to csv file.

Just curious since I can't test this but have you tried exporting the linked table into a CSV? If so, try it again and save the export as a specification. You can then use this spec in a TransferText method.
