I deployed a Web Application which has to query the ReportingDB. The Problem is, i don't know how the connectionString in the web.config should look like.

You can create a List in PWA (as ConfigurationStore)from where you can read the value of Rpeorting db connection using SP list or add in Web config. You can use something like this:

Data Source=servername\\instance;Initial Catalog=ProjectServer_Reporting;Integrated Security=True
