You will need to add teh users from PWA> Server settings> Manage Users> New Users,

Once you setup theuser account with correct credentials "WIndows login account" & atleast team members group, verify the queue jobs & make sure that the user synchronizantion job completes. User should be able to login to PWA site. (PWA> Server settings> Manage queue)
