When I try to publish one of my app, I get the following error message : "There is no persistent mechanism within the app to enable/disable the app's access to the use of location services.".

Does anybody knows how to persistently fix this certification error ? The application runs on a login page and you have to be logged in to access the page that needs location features to run. Is  there a better solution to allow the (de)activation of the location services, such as settings page, a button or something else ?
