I never build anything with C++. I was on a Company Meetup where the emplane to us how to write Apps for Win.
And I found some sample code how to show a webcam image on the display.
What I want to do is simple in my eyes:
1) show the image of the cam on my Win8 Tablet
2) make a picture of that what is see in the display (yey a photo app.....)
3) the most complicate thing send commands into the cam.
The Vendor say I have to use the SCCB interface. Oke?! But there are no pinout.
I should search for "webcam uvc" who the company who resell the oem cam say.
The only connection who is there is the USB and the work with the default win driver.
At first I would like to active the test pattern.
The Vendor say:

Bit[7]: Color bar enable
0: Test disable
1: Color bar enable
Bit[3:2]: Color bar style
00: Standard eight color bar
01: Gradual change at vertical mode 1

There are a lot more function who i realy need for example flip the image. White Balance....
