I'm totally new in MS Access and wondering if someone help me out.

When I try to run any query that are using multiple tables joining then I'm getting "Record Deleted" pop up but when everything work fine if I use a single table.

Everything was working fine 2 days ago, but we updated from Access 2007 to Access 16 and after that we are getting this error.

We also tried to downgrade Access 2016 to Access 2007 but still the same error.

I tried to repair database but no luck. I did some research and looks like I need to rebuild index but I'm not sure do I really need to rebuild index or not?. and if yes then what should be the process of rebuilding it. I appreciate if someone help me out. Thanks

If the indexing is the problem all you have to do is import everything into a new, blank database. That will create new metadata and hopefully fix your database. Be sure to include the relationships with the import. Click the Options button on the import dialog box to see the relationships choice.
