I've been looking into these MAPI values using MFCMAPI. I am noticing some strange things within the "PidILidInternetAccountStamp" and "PR_Creator_Name_" tags.

I have read through the only dev document I can find, does anyone here know on what conditions these variables are set? Like for example, is InternetAccountStamp the sender? This information doesn't match. And for creator, is that the person who submits the message to send, or would it be, for example, if someone copied in an msg from another archive into an account, would they count as the creator?

PR_CREATOR_xyz properties are Exchange specific and they are set based on the identity of the Exchange user who created the message.

PidILidInternetAccountStamp is set locally by Outlook based on the local account (Exchange, POP3/SMTP, etc.) that was responsible for creating the message.
