I am trying to find a simple mechanism to retrieve Facebook wall posts from a Facebook page using Asp.net webforms and C# with .NET 4.0

I have seen various examples and mechanism, but unfortunately, the code samples and the versions are pretty confusing. I would be grateful if I cam get some assistance with this.
