We are going to configure ADFS between us and another Organization.  We have a 2008 R2 server on which we plan to install/configure ADFS. We just learned that the other Organization has a server 2003 already running ADFS.  My concerns are that if they indeed have a 2003 server with ADFS it may very well be the original version of ADFS (ver. 1) unless ADFS 2.0 can run on Server 2003?  If they have ADFS 1.0 and I am runnning ADFS 2.0 will there be compatibility issues?
