I'm using Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition... In my project, I have Datasets that do not show up in the Data Sources window. If I create a new Dataset, the Data Sources window will update and the newly created dataset will be added. But what happened to the other datasets in my project? Why they won't show up in the Data Sources window?

In the example image above, I have a Dataset named 'PaymentDS' but it does not show up in the Data Sources Window. I tried refreshing the window, rebuilding the project, open close VS studio but it is still the same. Anyone encountered this before?

Just right click your project, re-add a new item(Dataset), how about the result? Could you see it in your data source window? If it has, I think it would be related to the previous xsd file.

Please check that whether it has miss certain files under the dropdown lists for the 'PaymentDS'.

如果没有在Designer.cs文件中，它不会显示在数据源窗口中。

If it has no the Designer.cs file, it would not be showed in the Data source window.

If still no help, I suggest you re-create one.
