I am currently building a list with a selection of yes/no in a drop down. Based on an answer of Yes I need to the list to continue. If No is answered I then need to be able to select multiple items.

My example:

Was the proper tool used? Yes/No

Yes form continues

No selection of all tools not used.

Is this possible to do? I am newer with SharePoint but learning more every time I work with it.
