In the workflow status I get the information, that workflow was created by this user. In all services, in application pools in IIS I changed account to domain accounts, but workflows are still created by this login. Where can I change it?

Hi ,

 

I understand that you meet the SharePoint system account problem .I have reproduced your problem .You can have a test like this:

1.       Go to Central Administration>Operations>Service Account (Under Security Configuration).

2.       Choose the  application pool and set the configurable account as your domain account .

3.       Reset IIS by typing in iisreset/noforce in the Command Prompt .

4.       Open the site in SharePoint Designer and login as a user different from the domain account .

5.       Then create a workflow ,this time you will find that the workflow is created by the correct user name .
