is it Possible to develop a project ''railway reservation system using sms''??

it means the process includes reservation of tickets,cancellation of tickets, amount updating(deducting when booked and adding upon cancellation) in db(can be our own DB) can be done by sending different SMS at each step(if possible auto reply also). if yes please tell me how?
