I found a very good post in the forum to get me started with Html Report creation for coded ui test method executions.

Unlike the post I will have same report for n. of test method execution and will call appendAllText method to append the results. However  I am unable to figure out how I shall get the screenshot of failed testmethods in the html report.

Is there a way to do it?

Please make sure you've enabled logging.

This Analyzing Coded UI Tests Using Coded UI Test Logs page gives the specific steps for the setting.
