对于平滑流 - EE3仅支持为每个文件创建比特率流 - 使用多个比特率每个比特率都会有一个单独的.ISMV文件。  EE3不支持在单个ISMV文件中放置多个比特率。

For Smooth Streaming -- EE3 only supports creating bitrate stream per file -- With multiple bitrates there will be a separate .ISMV file for each bitrate.  EE3 doesn't support placing multible bitrates in a single ISMV file.
