I have EW3. Lets say I want to create a site of approx 100 pages using a DWT.

What is practical recommendation regarding management of styles required for each page's content styles?

Most styles should be in an external style sheet, and remain common through the site.  That way the styles are only defined once by you, downloaded once by the user, and the site looks consistent.

If you have a specific style only used on one page, by all means put it in a <style> section on the page.
