首先我对共享点了解不多。

first thing i don't have much knowledge in share point.

我创建的页面允许用户上传数据，我的老板请求只有 允许用户在页面本身而不是下载中查看数据，这可能吗？

I created page to allow users upload data , my boss request only  allow users to view data in page itself instead of download , is this possible?

或者有没有办法让用户通过链接查看数据而不是从页面下载文件？

Or is there a way to make users view data through a link instead of downloading files from the page؟

如果你有在线办公室，那么用户可以在浏览器中打开文件，无需下载。根据权限，他们也可以修改文件。 

If you have office online then users can open the file in browser itself no need to download. Based on the permission they can modify the files too.

With this you can send the link to the file directly.
