你启用了吗？限制访问用户权限锁定模式网站集功能？如果是，请停用它。然后比较用户是否可以在不登录的情况下查看链接。

Hi, we are using office 365 and using sharepoint lists for data.  

I would like to when a list item is complete share the list item in view only mode to our client(s).

When I create a link from the list item, I have managed to have the properties set to view only and the list item looks exactly how I would want it to look for our client(s) to view.

I have tried opening the link when not signed into my office account (simulating our client receiving the link) and it asks for sign in.  I have the sharepoint default link site set to anonymous access and the link permission set to view. What if one of my clients don't have a MS account r if they are unable to access a ms account when logged into work computers.  Can I not just have the link to send out so that anyone can view it without signing in?  if not, is there a way I can create accounts in our system for external users to view the links? if I was to use an external user, would there be a monthly cost for this account and would I have to manage passwords etc or would Microsoft take care of that by me just providing an email and them inviting the user?

Hi D3ell, 

Have you enabled Limited-access user permission lockdown mode site collection feature? if yes, deactivate it. Then compare whether user can view the link without signing in.

Navigate to site->site settings->site collection features->deactivate Limited-access user permission lockdown mode feature.
