We have one scenario the user entered his timesheet.  The timesheet was imported to project.  It was approved by project manager and resource manager.  If you open up the project I saw one task was imported with actual hours.  Another task actual hours was not imported. This was for the same day.  I have tried to republish the project.  Same result.   Nothing has changed.

Are you using tied mode?  Or importing the timesheet into My Tasks and then submitting?  What happens if you submit again?  What is shown in the transaction history for the tasks?
