I was about to try Visual Studio Team Services due to its lfs support. Unfortunately I fail to push anything. I have setup lfs and I can push to a quickly created lfs enabled repo on bitbucket just fine so lfs is working fine.

However when I try to push to vs team services it just hangs. Launching it with GIT_TRACE=1 yields the following:

After this it just hangs. I can push non lfs content and I have the same problem on windows (the above output is from my mac).
