I have SSD and noticed that a large quantity of ETW reports are being by process  Microsoft.VsHub.Server.HttpHostx64.
Folders being created are located in folder C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Local\Temp, they are not cleaned and after a while those tend to fill up disk (taking GB on SSD until disk space runs out).

I have used process explorer to hunt down the process that actually creates files and the name found is VsHub.Server.
