I created a combobox with 43 items. Based on which item is selected from the combobox, a multivalue listbox is displayed. The item count varies for each listbox, but the last item in each listbox is 'Other'. There is a separate 'Comments' field on the form for users to enter information if 'Other' is selected.

Did you mean to say "multi-select" (not multi-value) listbox? A multi-value listbox is something totally different than a multi-select listbox.

In any case, I am not sure I follow the question without seeing at least an image of your form. Is the listbox bound to a field in the table? Is your form bound?
