Hello. 

任何人都可以告诉我如何设置一个声音通知，以便在Excel中的设定日期结束。  

Would anyone be able to tell me how to set an audible notification to go off on a set day in Excel.

I am making a chart to remind nurses to give a monthly medication. I would like an audible alarm to go off at 8AM on a set day. But I would need to have the ability to have a change  date box everytime the medication is given so it is not missed the next month

I can not understand the meaning of an audible alarm to "go off". 
Which do you mean by "go off", no sound or some sound to be heard?
