In my application, I have a Grid control (10 Rows & 10 columns) and inside each Grid cell i have a user control. When user clicks or taps on the user control i have to open another panel to show detailed information panel about the grid. When showing the detailed information panel i want to overlap this detailed information panel above the Grid control (similar to a message box).
How i can make the background blur and show the detailed information panel above the blurred grid?
