I`ve try to connect 2 kinect device to PC. But instance of "Device" class say "device.count=1". If i try to write 

Runtime r= new Runtime(1);

Did you plug in both kinect devices to the same USB host controller? PCs usually have all plugs in front correspond to one controller and all plugs in back correspond to a separate one. What do you see in device manager?
