This warning is issued when running any T4 template. It is just a reminder that you are about to execute someone elses code and that you should only do so if you trust the source of that code. Any template published by Microsoft is safe to trust.

You can disable these warnings by going to Tools > Options... > Text Templating and setting the Show Security Message to False.
