Do you mean you want to configure ReSharper in Visual Studio 2015?
Please open the Tools menu in top of Visual Studio and select the Options after installing ReSharper. Then you will find a "ReSharper Ultimate" node in the Options window. Click the "Options" button in right-side, it will show the ReSharper settings window.
