I have a project that worked fine on my old PC using windows 7, VS2015. I have installed it on a new PC (windows 10, same VS) and all the WEB references and service references are not recognized in the editor. They are discoverable and appear properly in the WEB References folder of the solution, but all are not recognized. I do get a vague error message about certain properties not loading properly when I load the solution, but no further information is provided.

I can rediscover these references with no apparent problem, but they are still not added to the projects namespace.
