Since I've been away for a week on holidays I can no longer use MTM client anymore. I have no problem with VS2017 or VSO but for some things I prefer to use MTM which is no longer possible for me anymore and I don't understand why. I checked my credentials in VSO and they seem to be in order. I have a Visual Studio Enterprise subscription. My username / account is ramahoel@hotmail.com.

You can try to check the information in registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\VSCommon\Keychain\Accounts), and delete the related keys under Accounts section.Besides, clear the cache in these paths(you can back up these firstly):
- AppData\Local\Microsoft\TeamTest
- AppData\Local\Microsoft\Team Foundation
- AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio
- AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\VisualStudio
Then, check it again.
