I wanted to to install a VSO Agent, not knowing that "someone" already seems to have installed one...or at least tried to, since I get a message translating as st. like "The agent was not configured properly. The configuration of this agent can not be unconfigured" while trying to configure the "new" one.

I now wanted to type "agent\vsoagent /unconfigure" in a command prompt in the folder where the agent was installed, but was unable to find the folder.

I would suggest you try below steps.

1.Go to the folder where you installed the agents. If you unzipped here c:\vsts_agent
