On Git in VSTS, I've set up a build definition to build all branches excluding 'master'. This is working well, except when a Pull Request is merged the build definition is triggered on what looks like a temporary branch called 'merge'.

Even if I add an exclusion for 'merge' branch in the filters, it still seems to be built.
